Sourced to order

We do not sit on stock of high-value electronics. When you order, we buy the item in and ship it to you. That is what keeps the prices where they are, and it is why each product shows a lead time rather than a next-day promise.

How it is sent

Everything goes insured and signed-for. We will email you the carrier and tracking number as soon as the item ships, and you can see it on your order page at any time using your order reference.

If it takes longer

If we cannot source your item within 30 days of your order, you may cancel for a full refund, and we will tell you before that point rather than leave you waiting. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses.

Checking your parcel

Please check the goods on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing, keeping the packaging. That is not a condition of your legal rights — it just makes a carrier claim possible.
