What we hold

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the details of what you ordered. That is all we need to get goods to you and to handle a return.

What we never hold

Your card details. Payments are taken on our provider's own page; the card number never reaches this website or our database.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, so that the payment can be taken, and the carrier and supplier who deliver your order. Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

How long

Order records are kept for six years, because HMRC requires it. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
