Your 14-day cancellation right

You may cancel this order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us by email, quoting your order reference; you do not have to give a reason. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back.

What is refunded

The full price of the goods, plus the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Please return items complete and, where possible, in their original packaging; we may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is needed to check them, as the Regulations allow.

Faulty goods

We are the retailer, so faults are ours to sort out and not something to take up with the manufacturer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may reject a faulty item within 30 days for a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it. Manufacturer warranties apply on top of these rights and never in place of them.

Serial numbers

We record the serial number of every item we ship. It is how we confirm that a returned item is the one we sent, and it protects you as much as us.
