Prices

Every price shown is the price you pay for the goods. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added and no VAT invoice can be issued. Delivery is £9.95, or free on orders over £750.00.

How your order is fulfilled

Most items are sourced to order: we buy them in from our supply channels once you have ordered, then ship them to you. The lead time on each product page is our honest estimate, not a guarantee. If an item cannot be sourced at all, we cancel the order and refund you in full — we will not hold your money against an order we cannot fulfil.

When the contract is made

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm that the item has been sourced. If a price is obviously wrong — a mis-keyed figure, for instance — we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Payment

Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never receive or store your card details. Orders over £9,000.00 are paid by bank transfer; we will send the details and nothing is charged until you make that transfer.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
